This CLE will provide an overview of civil rights protections in Seattle and enforcement of these laws. Topics include: an overview of Seattle’s Fair Employment Practices, Open Housing, Public Accommodations, All-Gender Restroom and Conversion Therapy ordinances, handling of complaints and making referrals to SOCR for investigation.
